A tummy green dinner consisting of steamed broccoli and a whole wheat grilled cheese with spinach. If you can’t tell, this is my staple dinner
Afternoon workout and a new Quest bar from my gym make for a good stress reliever
It may look a little gross, but here is my breakfast/lunch since I just woke up: 1 cup natural rolled oats with chocolate PB2 mixed in, an apple, and a big glass of black chocolate tea.
A light breakfast of power protein waffles and a banana. My stomach is still a little queasy from yesterday.
Judge me but I am actually in love with those Happy Squeeze Superfoods snacks… They are usually meant for babies and toddlers but they are delicious and full of fruits and vegetables!

Plans for tonight:
- Make a giant batch of peppermint green tea
- Go to the grocery with my mother and buy a TON of fruit
- Take a relaxing bath with one of my LUSH bath bombs
- Go on Tumblr until I need to fall asleep
